For new members: Fill out the form below,
check it twice, and then press the Submit button at the bottom. The
information will be automatically emailed to the club Treasurer,
Secretary, and webmaster.
When your dues are paid and your application is approved you will be added to the club roster.
You can pay dues three ways:
(1.) Use the PayPal button at the bottom of the page.
(2.) Mail a check made out to:

(3.) Bring cash or a check to our next club meeting.
Starting in 2026 annual dues are $30 for an
individual membership and $35 for a family membership.
For new individual members dues are prorated: $2.50 x the number of
months remaining in the calendar year. For new family memberships dues
are prorated: $2.92 x the number of months remaining in the calendar
year. For the remainder of 2025 dues are still $15.00/yr for all
and prorated $1.25/mo.
For new hams (licensed within the past 90 days) dues are
free for the first 12 months. When you submit the form you will
see an amount displayed. That amount is prorated at $2.50/mo for
the months that remain in the next calendar year. For example: If
you join in August, 2025 you will see an amount of $10.00 displayed.
That amount fills out the last 4 months of calendar year 2026 and keeps
your membership active until 2027 dues are due in January. You receive
16 months of membership for $10.00! Since all our memberships
renew in January each year we do require new hams to pay for the
remaining months in the next year to take advantage of the free 12 month
offer. It keeps our books straight and insures that all new hams
get the full benefit of the free 12 months!
For current members paying
annual dues:
Annual dues are $30 for an individual membership and $35 for family
membership.
If you have been a member in the past year, this year's dues are due
in January and are not prorated if you pay late.

Use this form to enter your personal information for the BCARC roster. Please fill in all the required boxes.
Double check your work, then press the submit button. If
the form submission is successful you will see a
confirmation notice which includes the amount you need to
pay to join the club. Make a note of that
amount. You should also receive an email confirmation.
If the submission is not successful you will see an error message
after which you need to carefully check your entries.
Blank boxes and bad email addresses are the first things to
check if you get an error.
This form automatically sends an email to the Treasurer
with your new information. The applications are manually
processed and may take several days before they are recorded
in the club files.
